The Equal Employment Opportunity Network (EEON) was established in 1988 to support EEO practitioners and employers in Victoria. It is a forum where like-minded professionals can meet and showcase examples of best practice in diversity, inclusion and equal employment opportunity. We are a not-for-profit organisation. The EEON committee comprises people drawn together through personal connection and commitment to increasing the rate of progress towards equity, fairness, inclusion and opportunity.
